19-year-old England striker of Nigerian descent has signed a new 5-year contract with the English Premier League champions, Chelsea Football Club.

 
Tammy Abraham, who plays for England national team, has signed a new five-year deal with Chelsea FC.
 
The 19-year-old will join fellow Premier League side, Swansea City on a season-long loan as he continues his development.
 
The striker moves to the Welsh club, where he will be managed by former Chelsea assistant first team coach, Paul Clement, having enjoyed a fruitful spell at Bristol City in the Championship last season.
 
During his time at Ashton Gate the young striker impressed, finding the net 26 times in all competitions.
 
Abraham’s goal in a 2-2 draw against Sheffield Wednesday, his 16th  in the league, ensured he became the highest-scoring teenager in Championship history, and he ended the campaign by picking up the Bristol City Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year awards.
 
Abraham has been part of the Chelsea Academy since Under-8s and his goals played a pivotal part in ensuring we won back-to-back FA Youth Cup and UEFA Youth League trophies in 2014/15 and 2015/16.
 
He was handed his Chelsea first team debut in a Premier League away game against Liverpool as the 2015/16 season drew to a close, and also featured in our following match against Leicester City.
 
Having represented England at Under-18 and Under-19 level, Abraham scored a brace on his full debut for the Under-21s last October and was part of the squad which reached the semi-finals of the European Under-21 Championships in Poland.
