A coalition of Nigerian activist groups who have been protesting for days now, have defied Police, are are back for the 3rd day at Unity Fountain to ask Buhari to resume work or resign.

Popular Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke has joined an ongoing massive peace protest convened by Concerned Nigeria group led by Adeyanju Deji, and Nigeria musician, Charly Boy, who have been demanding that President Buhari should either resume back to work or resign from office.
 
The coalition of social activist group members are having their 3rd-day sit-out at the Millennium park opposite the Unity Fountain in the Maitama area of Abuja.
 
 
AMonpointTV News had earlier reported that the protest which started on Monday in Abuja, turned messy on Tuesday as security operatives reportedly fired tear gas canisters and water at the protesters.
 
In the clash, one protester was reportedly injured and was said to have been rushed to a clinic at the Federal Secretariat complex, a few kilometres from the scene of the incident, while many defied the security operatives.
