The Nigerian Police Force (NPF) has released an official statement where it distanced itself of the allegation that it accused the speaker of federal House of Representatives, Hon. Yakubu Dogara of being behinD the #EndSARS social media campaign for the banning of Police department’s Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS).

The Force holds the Honourable Speaker in high esteem and has high regards and respect for the Person and Office of the Honourable Speaker, House of Representatives and will not do anything to disrespect his Office and his Person in any way.
